Today was Clash Day at Grace Bible Day Camp. Can you tell? Lots of bonus points were awarded for the most mis-matchy outfits.

Our Bible theme for the day was Trust God! Noah trusted that God would do what He said. When Noah finished building the Ark, God told Noah to take 2 of some kinds of animals and 7 of others onto the Ark; He sent them into the Ark in pairs and then closed the door. The Flood was so big that it covered the mountains! The people and animals on the Ark were the only things that lived through the Flood. God gave them a way to escape physical destruction, and He gives us a way, through His Son, to be saved from spiritual destruction. Like Noah, we can rely on God to help us trust Him with our lives.

Our memory verse was Psalm 31:14: "But as for me, I trust in You, O LORD, I say, 'You are my God.'"

The smiles kept rolling in as we warmed up for the day's activities and cheered for our teams.

The Grace Bible Day Camp Players continued to entertain us with their daily skit. Scuba Man and Snorkel Boy were captured by the evil Octopus and Great White! Will Alex be able to save them before they're dropped into the Abyss?

Tommy Tsunami gave us a points update before quiz time. The Sharks are ahead, but the Sting Rays are catching up! We talked to his brother Timmy Tsunami on the big screen -- a real-life surfer dude! Tomorrow is Surfer Dude/Superhero Day in honor of the Tsunami brothers! (Make sure your outfits are cool enough to have fun in the sun.)

After lunch, we talked about trusting God during counselor time. Then we got to play water balloon games!
