Winter Baptisms

We were blessed to witness baptisms in December and February this winter. Watch below as several individuals testify to God's work in their lives to bring them to salvation and publically identify with the body of Christ.

October Baptisms

We were blessed to witness several baptisms this month. Watch below as 3 individuals testify to God's work in their lives to bring them to salvation and publically identify with the body of Christ.

Over 70 young soccer players had a blast at this year's Grace Soccer Camp. They learned about fitness, nutrition, and the sport of soccer, in addition to a daily Bible lesson about God and His ultimate goal for us — to know His love and live securely in that love now and forever.

Each day the campers practiced their soccer skills at Heisley Indoor Soccer Park and Bellflower Elementary School. We couldn't have asked for much better weather than we got this week!

The Kickers group (K–2nd grade) played inside and worked on their dribbling skills, passing, and shooting. The Strikers (grades 3–6) practiced footwork fundamentals, proper passing technique, team play, and more.

Several days had special themes: see if you can spot outfits from Mismatch Day or Red, White, and Blue Day in the pictures below!

The spiritual theme of the week was Jesus as our Substitute. We looked at Romans 5:6–8 and how Christ took our place when he died for our sins. We also talked about 1 Peter 3:18 and how Christ offers His righteousness to us in place of our sinfulness. He is the greatest and most important Substitute mankind has ever seen!

The camp wrapped up on Thursday with short-field scrimmages that parents could watch, followed by closing ceremony back at the church AND a free hot dog lunch for all players' families!

We're thankful for another great year of Soccer Camp and look forward to meeting again next year!
