Training teens in truth, developing righteous lives, and building God-honoring relationships

Mission & Activities

Truth-filled Training Together

Teenagers today are faced with unique challenges as they navigate friendships and hear input from many different voices, compounded by a whole world of technology. In a time of subjective truth that says, "become who you want to be and do what you want to do," we believe strongly that God's Word determines this for us. That is why we strive to be truth-filled, training in righteousness, and together in fellowship. This is done through our various Youth Group gatherings and service opportunities throughout each month.

Bible Study

We meet most Sunday mornings at 9 a.m. for teaching of the doctrines of the Bible. We meet again on Wednesday nights at 7 p.m. for devotionals and relevant topics from God's Word. Both times have separate groups for Middle School and High School.

Christian Relationships

On the fourth Sunday of every month, we meet in the evening for a fun fellowship with the whole Youth Group. See details for upcoming events below! We hope you come be a part of the Youth Group and see how it points to the larger reality of being members in God's church through the Gospel.

Sherman

Zambia

Kevin and Sarah Sherman have been serving in Zambia since 2014. Kevin serves as a deacon at Faith Baptist Riverside, and both teach at Central Africa Baptist College. Kevin is also in the midst of a PhD program.

Purvis

Country:

Puerto Rico

Melvin Purvis serves the Lord as Administrative Dean at Puerto Rico Baptist College in Bayamón, training young men for ministry. He was widowed in 2023 and recently recovered from a hip replacement surgery.
