Arch Ministries held its second annual National Pastors’ Fellowship early this March. This growing gathering of encouragement was again hosted by Calvary Baptist Church in Winter Garden, Florida.

For three days, over 80 pastors representing all 50 states enjoyed a time of mutual edification, fellowship, and prayer. This year, 10 of the pastors brought their spouses as well. Men and ladies heard a total of 6 encouraging devotionals.

The Lord gave much fruit for future ministry progress. One hundred like-minded churches were identified for possible inclusion in the Arch network. A panel answered 68 questions about church planting. Planning began for 3 youth conferences and more regional meetings for continued partnership between churches.

All of this ran smoothly because of the hard efforts of several volunteers who made the trip down from Cleveland -- including Don and Daina Westman, Pam Dahlhausen, Phil Hruska, Steve Ammerman, and Jim Coakley. Altogether, they bought and served over 500 snacks and beverages, answered just as many questions, stood at the airport for 20 hours, logged 1800 miles shuttling pastors to and from the airport, and helped in countless other ways as needed. The work team spent the week putting up drywall in the church's education wing.

The people of Grace Church allowed 4 pastors, 3 staff members, and 1 church planting intern to travel in Florida, and supported the fellowship with over $25,000 specially designated for the encouragement and networking of pastors.

We are excited to see how God will continue to bless the fruit of these efforts!
