Today was the last day of Grace Bible Day Camp, and we made it to the top of the mountain!

Today's theme was Extreme Belief. Abraham trusted God with his son's life at Mount Moriah. Jesus asks us to trust Him with our lives. We must simply Admit, Believe, and Commit. Our memory verse was John 11:26: "and everyone who lives and believes in Me will never die. Do you believe this?"

Things got a little sticky on the mountain today at Grace Bible Day Camp!

Today's theme was Extreme Sacrifice. Jesus made the ultimate sacrifice when He died for our sins, even though He did not deserve punishment! Our memory verse was Ephesians 5:2: "and walk in love, just as Christ also loved you and gave Himself up for us, an offering and a sacrifice to God as a fragrant aroma."

On Wednesday, we are gaining ground in our expedition for God's truth at Grace Bible Day Camp.

Today's theme was Extreme Obedience. God gave the Israelites 10 Commandments on Mount Sinai, but no one can keep them all! Only Jesus could obey God perfectly. When we trust Him, He makes us righteous and helps us obey God too. Our memory verse was Romans 5:19: "For as through the one man’s disobedience the many were made sinners, even so through the obedience of the One the many will be made righteous."

It was a great Tuesday at Grace Bible Day Camp as we set out from Base Camp to ascend the heights of God's truth!

Today's theme was Extreme Courage. God gave Elijah courage when he faced off with the false prophets of Baal. Our memory verse was Deuteronomy 31:6: "Be strong and courageous; do not be afraid or tremble at them, for the Lord your God is the one who goes with you. He will not fail you or forsake you."

Our first day of Grace Bible Day Camp started at Base Camp with an elevation of 2 feet. By the end of the week, our goal is to summit the extreme height of 29,029 feet!

Today's theme was Extreme Thankfulness. In lesson time, we learned that Noah was thankful for God's grace, and we should be too! Our memory verse was 1 Thessalonians 5:18: "In everything give thanks; for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus."
