Your Disciple-Making Life

Wrapping up the 2016-2017 year, the Equip team completed our Discipleship Pathway brochure that focuses on “How” to begin the variety of opportunities we have here at Grace. Lord-willing, we will be introducing our church family to that brochure soon!

What's Next

This coming year, our focus will be on leadership development along with providing our elders with some feedback on how we are doing on developing a discipleship culture in our church family.

We will begin to work on a leadership development pathway. To that end, we hope to eventually add a single page in our Foundations and The Walk books that help our people understand how leadership is developed in a local church and what opportunities exist to do that. Pastor Tim has encouraged us that if we are doing what God has intended, we will be able to find our future leaders needed here at Grace within the walls of our own church family.

We will also be taking a look at how we mobilize members for service, documenting that, and hopefully enhancing it where needed.

Please be in prayer as we seek to accomplish these goals that we believe are of the Lord in a way that pleases the Lord.
