Our One Legacy teams will be rotating monthly updates, so we will hear from one team a month. Below is the Glory team's progress update for May.

The Glory team's vision statement: We will carefully plan to expand and advance our physical assets and oversee souls according to our church mission statement.

The Glory team is currently working to put together a presentation to help communicate the financial aspects of the auditorium building project. Our construction manager, C.T. Taylor, has provided a series of cost-saving measures by changing the design or materials used. This savings, along with the projected construction estimate, will be transferred into a graphic showing the amount of money needed and at what time in the construction process it is needed. We will also present the forecast of monthly and special giving. From these two findings (cost and cash), we will be able to forecast the time we will be able to build.

The goal is to have this presentation to the congregation shortly and to vote on moving forward with the building project. All timeframes in the constitution will be honored, and appropriate notices will be sent and announced well before this meeting takes place.
