Children's Ministries Application

In order to work with children at Grace Church of Mentor you must complete the following steps:

1. Read the Guidelines and Handbook document attached to the application form below.

2. Complete your Children's Ministries Application.

3. Submit a background check if you are over 18 years old (link in application form).‍
