We’re looking forward to our annual meeting coming up! Our annual meeting has 2 official parts plus opportunity for questions and answers.

Meeting: On Sunday evening, April 6, we will celebrate what God’s grace has done among us as a church family in the past year and look forward to what He will do through us in the year to come. Please join us at 6 p.m. A recording will be available by request; contact the office below.

Q&A: On Wednesday, April 9, all are invited to a question-and-answer and time of prayer regarding all items we will be voting on, including the budget and leadership nominations. This will be the focus of our gathering at 7 p.m. in the auditorium.

Vote: The following Sunday, April 13, will be our annual vote, held right after the morning service. That vote will include any leadership nominations (to be posted March 16) and our budget for the coming year. (Information will be posted at the links below when available.)

Our Church Constitution allows for absentee ballots. The guidelines for requesting an absentee ballot are as follows:

Ballots will be accepted at the discretion of the elders for active members in good standing who are unable to attend in person due to travel or health. An absentee ballot must be requested one week prior to the meeting, received by the church one business day prior to the meeting, and will not be anonymous. Members who are approved for absentee ballots shall be removed from the eligible voting roster for in-person voting for that meeting.

If you fit the qualifications, you may request an absentee ballot here starting Monday, March 31. You must request this by Sunday, April 6. You will be notified by email if your application is approved and given instructions to fill out your absentee ballot. The ballot must be returned to the office by 1 p.m. on Friday, April 11.
