Our campers explored another area of Australia today at Grace Bible Day Camp!

The Great Barrier Reef is filled with meticulous design. Mates learned that the Great Barrier Reef is one of the Seven Wonders of the World and contains 2,500 reefs which are made up of corals. A coral looks like a plant but is actually an animal. It has tentacles, digests food, and spits out its waste through its mouth. There are over 6,000 corals in the world!

If God can create the Great Barrier Reef with such an amazing design, think about how much more amazing is the design He gave humans! God made humans with their own unique DNA and genes that make everyone different and amazing. He fully knows each person and all the unique features that He gave them. God made each mate different from each other and special in their own way! Mates should be happy and marvel at how God made them!

Our memory verse today was Psalm 139:14, "I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Wonderful are your works; my soul knows it very well."

Mates earned thousands of points today for saying memory verses, competing in games, and remembering information from today's Bible lesson during Quiz Time. Why do they want points, you ask? Because the whole week is a competition between the Outback Boomers & the Aussie Zoomers! You will see a lot of orange and green in the pictures; those are the team colors.
