The Zoomers & Boomers are getting into their team spirit at Grace Bible Day Camp!

Mates left the Great Barrier Reef and headed south to the coast with their tour guides! Upon arriving at the coast, they encountered Bill the Platypus. He helped teach mates that God values each one of them whether they are young, old, healthy, sick, rich, or poor. Each person is a priceless treasure! Mates also learned that because of this, we MUST treat each person with love and respect because of their value in God’s eyes.

Our memory verse today was Luke 6:31, "And as you wish that others would do to you, do so to them."

We try to treat others as we want to be treated, but the truth is that we all fail. No one is perfect; we all have sin that separates us from God. None of our good works can bring us together with God again -- not obeying our parents, being a good student, or even going to church. God has to help us -- and He did! He sent His Son, Jesus, to die on the cross for our sins. If we trust in Him, we can be reconciled with God again. That's the fairest dinkum in Zoomerang!
