It was another koala-ty day at Grace Bible Day Camp!

Today, mates headed to the Eucalypt forest and met the beloved Paula the Koala. She explained that God made each mate to have a relationship with Him! This relationship only comes through Jesus Christ, the Son of God. He died, taking our sins on His behalf. Then he was raised from the dead (resurrected) and offers eternal life to those who receive it by faith. This is the fairest dinkum in Zoomerang. This is the greatest news!

Our memory verse was John 11:25: "Jesus said, 'I am the resurrection and the life. Whoever believes in me, though he die, yet shall he live.'"

We're loving all the fun songs and games in our assembly time. We enjoyed playing soccer in the morning rotation and watching our counselors do a silly challenge with a koala on their backs!

Since tomorrow is the last day of GBDC, we are making it an extra long day with even more fun! We will wrap up with team awards at 4:30, a closing assembly at 4:45 where we will show our parents all we've learned this week, and then a picnic for all the campers AND their families starting at 5 p.m. We hope you can all come!
