We're settling in to our Jungle Journey cruise and making friends at Grace Bible Day Camp. The competition between Canopy Cruisers and River Riders is getting fierce!

BONJUR, HOLA! Thankfully there wasn’t a worldwide flood on day 3 of our cruise like Noah went through. We learned that the earth got so bad, God destroyed it with a flood, but He spared Noah and his family. Humanity grew again in population but wouldn’t fill the earth like God wanted. They instead were trying to build a skyscraper up to the heavens. So, God confused their language at the Tower of Babel. It was a scary time, a confusing time, but God saved His people through it because of His grace. Much like then, there is a lot of confusion in this world. Jesus offers clarity and a compass for us to know the way to go. We will learn on Day 4 about the ultimate Savior, Jesus!

On Day 3, our memory verse was Genesis 11:9, "Therefore, its name was called Babel, because there the LORD confused the language of all the earth. And from there the LORD dispersed them over the face of all the earth."
